DESCRIPTION OF WORK:
Shoppes at Val Vista consisted of constructing 2 pad buildings at one of the largest retail shopping centers in the Town of Gilbert. These buildings were to be occupied eventually by Filiberto’s and Einstein Bros. Bagels. We worked diligently with both of these tenants to ensure both sites were developed directly to their specifications. The construction process took place while the rest of the center was open for business creating unique day to day operations for the construction crew. All of the existing tenants were very impressed with our crew and how professional they were with handling any concerns.
