  Verde is excited to announce another Salad and Go location will be coming to the Phoenix area! This Arizona originated company is changing the fast food game by providing fast, fresh, and healthy options!

We are excited to announce have added a  member to the Verde family. Callie is our new subcontractor administrator!

Habit Burger  opens its first location in Flagstaff! Verde transformed an old Carls Jr. into a 2,200 sq ft stand alone building with a brand new patio. Check out the Flagstaff Grand Opening

• HAPPY NEW YEAR FROM ALL OF US AT VERDE BUILDING CORPORATION!
• Verde finishes the ground up Babbo Italian Eatery in Surprise, AZ. It looks beautiful! We are very very proud of that store! (Pictures of this store are in the Portfolio tab)
• Terre Retail/Sleep Number store in Phoenix, AZ is complete.
• Verde is awarded a Dunkin Donuts in Scottsdale, AZ – Ground Up begins.
• Barrio Brewing Co. at Mesa Airport is awarded to Verde. Tenant Improvement starts.
