DESCRIPTION OF WORK:
Complete 40,000 square foot retail space including major anchor tenant Ace Hardware. Masonry block construction with a custom stucco finish, elaborate precast concrete treatments, and designer finsishs all combined to make this center a welcome addition to the Ahwatukee foothills. Desert landscape, extensive parking areas, pre-planned for many diverse types of tenants this center has been a huge success in the few months it has been completed. Some of the present tenants include Ausler’s an upscale family restaurant, Bejing-Bejing a Chinese restaurant, The Music Store, and Dr. Stephen Morales dentist office each tenant improvement also completed by our team.
