DESCRIPTION OF WORK:
New 8,000 square foot retail pad building. This project was located at the major intersection of 51st Ave. and Peoria. This upscale retail center utilized a modern style architecture and desert landscaping. Noticeably in the pictures, there is an enormous amount of stone work on this project. This was the last phase in a highly regarded center in the City of Peoria. The surrounding businesses were highly impressed that there business did not suffer during the construction of this project.
