DESCRIPTION OF WORK:
New 15,000 square foot retail building including several tenant improvements. Nestled in the City of Maricopa this upscale retail center utilized a mission style architecture and desert landscaping. As you can see the building finishes were diverse, utilizing extensive stone work, stucco, and a built up roof. Located in a major traffic area of Maricopa this project incorporated a fully functional turning lane as well as a right of way. This project incorporates a septic system in lieu of using City Sewer. Great care was taken during construction to keep the surrounding area usable, without traffic delays or disruption of the neighborhood activities.
